Some of the hinges are stiff and might need a drop of lubricant. Simply moving the arms back and forth repeatedly, helps loosen them some. They have a little Lighter tone, than that seen, in the photos. The hinges have just minor storage wear, like tiny scratches or scuffs, or other minimal wear. Sorry for the photo flash in the photos.
