Pair of Vintage Trans-Atlantic Co. USA 3" Brass Plated Half Surface Steel Butts Ball Point Hinges GHSSB Made in Germany NIB NOS Some aged dust, scratches. Box has some bending. Screws are included. The little wax bags they are in have some tears. Hinges are marked GERMANY and inside lid is stamped UNION MADE. Total weight 14 ounces (prior to packaging) We buy most of our pieces at auctions, flea markets & yard sales so we may not know the history of the item. We are not antique dealers, collectors or experts. We describe the item along with any flaws and markings we can find the best we can.
